Due to the nature of our products we DO NOT do refunds or exchanges. Therefore, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All SALES ARE FINAL.
Because our body butters are natural (no synthetic ingredient or synthetic waxes are added), they may soften/melt in transit to you, especially in warmer months. This will not affect the quality of the product. Please recognize we have no control over shipment/weather conditions. Body Butters are sensitive to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) and best stored in a cool, dry place. If your product is melted, please place in fridge for about an hour and gently stir to restore back to original form. Note, however, the whipped butters fluffy consistency will be changed, but the butter will retain its moisturizing properties. Also, because these butters are natural/organic, there might be differences in consistency, color and smell. Each item is handcrafted and has a shelf life of 1 year or so. We are not responsible for lost, damage or stolen products once delivered. If package is delivered damage due to carrier, please notify us promptly. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer a refund neither take products back. However, If you are unhappy with an order, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to work with you to make sure you are a satisfied customer!
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 4351 Hugh Howell Rd. #1049, Tucker, GA, 30084, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
